Order Confirmation

As soon as you place an order with us, we will pre-authorise your card, but your card will not be charged. During this period, we will contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate dispatch. Once this is confirmed, we will process the payment, your card will then be charged, and your order will be shipped immediately. If there is any delay (e.g. Backlog) related to your order, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed and stock as been confirmed, we will charge your car and your order will be dispatch within 5 working days. We will send you tracking details via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not yet received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us via email at info@smartonlinefurniture.com so that we can assist you further. 

Returns & Refunds

At Smart Online Furniture, we have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note that you (the buyer) are responsible for any costs associated with the safe return of the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@smartonlinefurniture.com

Cancellations

Any orders cancelled AFTER 48 hours of placing an order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. All refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used to place the original order.

Damages

Once your item(s) have arrived, we ask that you thoroughly inspect all products at the point of delivery. Should any of the items in your package arrive damaged, we advise you not to accept the delivery of any damaged items and to contact us immediately.

If you discover an item defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please send clear evidence to info@smartonlinefurniture.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
